Fairly clean and cool hotel with particularly good location to the sandy beach, just what I needed. The room was recently renovated, and it had climate control and TV set that were useful. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. Location: the venue was very close to the grounds, Cannes, and the finest l‘esterel beaches.

Comfy beds in the rooms were top-notch. the meals they served were amazing with a wide variety of choices available. 🍴.

The value for money at Le Patio was exceptional, with a big, comfortable room and an excellent bed. The location was great, close to the beach and with a private pool for relaxation. The staff treated us very well, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety in the food options.

Our stay at this charming coastal hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The recently refurbished rooms were decorated in a jaw-dropping shabby chic style, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a well-fitted kitchenette in some rooms. The free Wi-Fi and parking were a real plus, although parking is limited and on a first come basis. The peaceful outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing dip, though space around it was a bit limited. The restaurant next door, owned by the same family, served fresh and flavorful food that we couldn't get enough of. The location was unbeatable, with the small port and other interesting points within walking distance. Although it was too early in the season to enjoy the pool fully, we will definitely be back. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

just had the loveliest stay in theoule-sur-mer for our honeymoon! le patio was even better than last time - charming, comfortable, and the restaurant was amazing. the homemade jam was a treat, and the atmosphere was perfect. we absolutely adored this hotel!

Ac was loud and not working

This small hotel is in a great location, really close to the best Esterel beaches, Cannes city center, and restaurants, plus it's close to everything else too.

Great value for the price. Stayed in a comfortable room with a nice terrace. The furnishings were pleasant, and the bed was cozy. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, not right in the center of town but close enough to easily find food in the evening.

The hotel is in need of an update and some general maintenance, especially in the grounds and public areas. The restaurant was closed on the day we were there, and there were limited options for nearby dining.

This quirky gem has beautiful murals, a lovely garden restaurant, spacious rooms, and a spotless bathroom. The three-legged cat is a bonus!
